September Progress / October Goals

Unfortunately, I didn't make any progress towards eliminating my debt in September. Actually, I added to my debt due to late fees and over the limit charges. Our income for September was pretty much $0....and I'm not exaggerating. My hubby is only making enough for him to live off of while he is in China (at this point anyway), not enough to send anything home. I don't really have any expenses, since I'm mooching off my parents (ugh), but I also had no money to make the minimum payments on my cards. We didn't manage to make the car and all the insurance payments, so that's at least something. As for  my goals for September....I sort of threw those out the window with everything that's been going on. I haven't seen my earnings from Shared Reviews yet, but I should have made around $40. I made $44 from Cha Cha, but haven't made it to the payment threshold of $100, and doubt I will by the 15th, when they make the payments (so I can't really count that as income yet). Hopefully October will be better. I have been doing some odd jobs that should paying soon, and I'm really starting to concentrate on building some income online through various channels (check out my post on The Niche Blogger). I am also dipping my toes back into the world of real estate. I really don't want to be an agent, but since my Dad is planning on purchasing a couple houses within the next 2 months, I figured why not get those commissions to help eliminate my debt?? So, October and November should see some actual progress. On to my goals for October:

1. Work on ChaCha to get to payment threshold of $100
2. Close 2 houses for my Dad (hopefully about $10,000 total!)
3. Get 2 of my blogs really rolling
4. List the pile of stuff I have to sell on eBay and Half.com

I haven't been doing so great on my goals, so I'm going to really work on these this month!
